Belt drive conversion kit for Royal Enfield Goan Classic 350 including a Gates Carbon belt and front and rear pulleys.

This kit retains the original transmission ratio while providing the benefits of a belt drive: quieter operation, smoother transmission, maintenance-free, and better ride smoothness.

Eliminating chain jerks significantly improves acceleration and deceleration transitions, with smoother gear changes and more fluid cornering behavior.

The kit includes:

• Gates Poly Chain Carbon GT belt
• CNC machined front pulley
• CNC machined rear pulley
• Installation kit

The Gates Carbon belt uses high-strength carbon fiber reinforcements offering excellent durability without significant elongation.

The rear pulley is fully CNC machined from a 6061-T6 aluminum block and hard anodized Type III black to achieve excellent wear resistance while maintaining a low weight.

The front pulley is CNC machined from high-strength steel and heat-treated to ensure excellent durability.

The complete system is lighter than the original chain drive, improving the bike's handling and maneuverability.
