Manufactured in the UK from T304 stainless steel, this premium exhaust system offers a mirror-polished finish and faithfully captures the iconic lines of the 1960s models. Designed specifically for the BSA 650 Goldstar , it offers a significant weight saving compared to the original system while retaining an authentic sound.

The muffler incorporates a complex, fixed internal baffle system optimized for performance. This exhaust system can be installed with or without the original finned ring at the cylinder head. It uses the original mounting points and silent blocks , which helps limit vibrations.

• This exhaust system is not approved for road use .

• As with any stainless steel exhaust, heat-related discoloration may appear over time, particularly at the manifold.

🔧 Compatibility:
This model is not compatible with Euro5+ models (from model year 2025 in Europe), which have two lambda sensors (before and after the catalyst). This system remains perfectly suitable for earlier versions or for non-EU markets, such as the United States, where Euro5+ standards are not yet in force.
